THUNDER CREEK WATERFALL
An extremely tall and easy accessible 96-metre waterfall, Thunder Creek Falls is located in Mt Aspiring National Park, along Haast Highway. The waterfall is one of New Zealand Must See Waterfalls.
This waterfall is located on the Haast Highway, and is a ponytail waterfall that drop from the top of a mountain top into the river below.
This is the middle section as the water is very tall but can be seen on a five minute walk to view.
Bottom section where the ponytail fans out into a spray as is reaches the bottom of the falls, great for photos and those who enjoy nature.
