Yesterday I visited the Acton/Rakaia Gardens, and enjoyed a meander through the many pathways, archways which lead to many interesting sculptures tucked in among the plants, walks through native bush and alongside a pond, and different gardens settings where you could discover peaceful places to sit and enjoy the smells, and sights created by Sue Rollinson. This is garden is a lovely place to visit and it is only a short drive from Christchurch.
